Heather has over 11 years' experience in the legal field.  She worked for 10 years in Galveston, Texas before relocating back to East Texas to raise her family.  Her primary focus is on family law including divorce, child custody, child support, CPS removals and adoptions.  She also prepares wills and will assist in probating simple estates.

As your legal counsel, Heather will work diligently on your case from start to finish.  She will help you navigate through every step of the process and is always available for any questions along the way.  Heather is dedicated to taking care of you during difficult and dramatic times.

Heather is originally from Diboll, Texas where she was born and raised.  She graduated from Diboll High School in 1993 before attending Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Forestry.  In 1998 she enrolled in the Stephen F. Austin State University Forest Science program and graduated in 2000 with her Master's Degree.  She attended South Texas College of Law from 2000 to 2003 and graduated in the top 11% of her class.  She and her husband, Lynn, are very proud of their son, Jesse, and their daughter, Madelyn.
